An ecommerce client of mine went on a mini-vacation and asked me to "website sit" for her. What did that involve? For $30 a day I answered emails with a personal touch stating that Mary Smith would be back on [date]. Mary left me with several form letters on how to answer specific mail that she frequently received. Mary's customers' didn't mind waiting for their order and was thrilled that they received a personal letter from a human being rather than a vacation autoresponder.
